MJ Army Of Love Video is Completed and Spectacular!

Itsn’t it lovely? Does it not warm the cockles of your heart? See what we can do when we come together? In the words of our beloved; “Look at you… You’re beautiful!”

Much Too Soon…

Earlier this afternoon, ‘Much Too Soon’ became the next official track to be released from Michael. So far, this is the only track that wasn’t directly streamed from Instead, it is streamed from iTunes ping (it may work best if you get iTunes open before clicking on the link. It also helps to have the latest version of iTunes downloaded 😉 )Without too much influence on my part, here it is to enjoy! Let me know what you think.

I love it! And hey! It’s gotten no controversy yet!

The Month in Review: A Letter for Michael

Here we are at the end of another month, and so close to the end of the year. Ladies and gentlemen, we are entering the last month of the 2010! But before we create our goals for this month, let us take a look back at November, so as to give ourselves fuel for our fight for justice on Michael’s behalf.

If you may recall, this month started off with a beautiful and peaceful tribute to Michael with the Army Of Love Video Project, which was recently brought to completion; but to no surprise, shortly following that piece of uplifting news came the drama and controversy surrounding Michael.

On the eighth of this month, the track “Breaking News’ debuted and got much press– good and bad. Fans quarreled and rumors and allegations of the track not including 100% of Michael’s voice fueled most of the debates, while few still lingered on the fact they were not comfortable about the demos that would make up the album being released. A week later, a song most everyone enjoyed, ‘Hold My Hand’ debuted and blew the house down. So much so, within the first few hours of its release, “#HoldMyHand” became a trending topic on Twitter. Along with a few unreleased tracks from the upcoming album set to release December 14 (Do You Know Where Your Children Are, Monster, Another Day, and Much Too Soon, which has officially been released as of today), came backlash from some poor planning on Sony’s part.

Following the release of songs from Michael, the unreleased video for ‘One More Chance’ was released and received a warm reception by the majority. In addition, as expected, the family had no problem voicing their opinions about the controversy of the new album and its official and unofficial releases. And it wasn’t just the album MJ family and fan-mily was all steamed about this month, it was the interview that showed the most gross disrespect for Michael we’ve seen by the hand of Oprah.

Earlier this month, after providing virtually no new information to the MJ community, she interviewed Mr. and Mrs. Jackson and Michael’s three children at their Encino home. While many a fan tweeted, e-mailed, snail-mailed, commented, and posted warning Oprah and her goonies what she was doing was wrong, we saw her take no notice of our concern, protest, and outrage, and continued on with her own agenda using those children and Michael’s family for financial gain.

Perhaps controversy is just the thing we need to get things done. It seems in the midst of the McKenzie comments, it was getting us somewhere to the point where ITV was getting tired of us. However, our persuasion proved ineffective toward our goal of a formal, on-air apology and instead was just cast- off as some problem of theirs to easily be forgotten. Recent statements from ITV claim that they have no interest in apologizing for the comments McKenzie made, but have since had him back on their program numerous times.

Aside from all the negative, as usual, it was outweighed by the positive that came our way (not to mention that teasingly beautiful, never before released video ‘One More Chance’, the video game: Michael Jackson The Experience, and the DVD box set of all short films! ). We were bitter towards each other at times, but have since settled our differences, and respected each others choices. This skill is most needed in our fight to obtain justice for our beloved Michael. Because without it, “what about us”?

‘Monster’ is Out of the Bag…Get it While it’s Hot!

The reason I say that is because with all these leaks, you never know when the web sherriff will come and snatch it! From youtube, coming your way is the leaked snippet of the track ‘Monster‘ from Michael. Enjoy it while it’s here.

Let me know what you think.

Kobe Bryant Refers to Michael as His Mentor

I think we are all long past due for a nice heartwarming story, don’t you think? I was happy to have come across one on my daily ‘Michaeling” adventures that is sure to leave you with that certain sweet feeling in your heart, unless, you don’t like Kobe Bryant for some reason.

During a recent interview with Yahoo! Sports, Bryant tells exactly what part of he and Michael’s relationship really had an effect on him.

“It sounds weird, I guess, but it’s true. I was really mentored by the preparation of Michael Jackson. We would always talk about how he prepared to make his music, how he prepared for concerts. He would teach me what he did. How to make a ‘Thriller’ album, a ‘Bad’ album, all the details that went into it. It was all the validation that I needed – to know that I had to focus on my craft and never waver. Because what he did – and how he did it – was psychotic. He helped me get to a level where I was able to win three titles playing with Shaq because of my preparation, my study. And it’s only all grown. That’s the mentality that I have – it’s not an athletic one. It’s not from [Michael] Jordan. It’s not from other athletes. It’s from Michael Jackson.”

At the time, Bryant was only 18, and a newbie in the NBA. MJ, the sweet angel that he is, kept Bryant focused in an industry obsessed with brands. As you can see, the end result of Michael’s teachings helped created one of the greatest basketball players of recent times.

This wasn’t the only time Kobe has spoken so fondly of Michael. Last year, Kobe gave a couple of words to the memory of his beloved friend, our beloved Michael.

His MJ recollections also involved this article he wrote for time magazine in remembrance of his friend shortly after Michael’s passing last year.,28804,1907409_1907413,00.html

Randy Jackson’s Twitter Talk (Updated)

Last night during Randy Jackson’s gracious Twitter session with fan-mily, questions were answered, the truth was shared, and volumes were spoken. The tweets themselves were very frank and straightforward, as always coming from Randy. There was no beating around the bush; the truth and opinions about recent topics like the Oprah interview and the Michael album were addressed.

Below is the total of Randy’s tweets as of Wednesday, November 17 (my emphasis added):

Hello everyone, let me say for the record my computer has not been hacked, this is me.

I want to spend some time on as many questions as possible, Feel free to ask whatever you like, there is nothing too personal.

I want the truth to be known.

Q: How do you feel about the Oprah interview? A: I didn’t watch the interview, im sure everyone saw the show she had prior to my parents

Like I said before, no coincidence

I guess, in Oprah’s mind my brother is still on trial, even though he’s not here, may he rest in peace.

Don’t be surprised if the Oprah show with my parents air’s again during the AEG trial

Like I said, No coincidence

Q: How do you feel about the new Album?

A: I have to give you history behind the project in order to answer this question correctly

Me and my nephew were the first to say that it wasn’t his voice on some of the tracks

let me go back and say something that you, the public, may not be aware of

The family and the executers of the Estate, Branca and Mclain are not on the same page

We don’t see eye to eye

I became suspicious about the album, when I heard when armed guards were involved since my brothers passing, May he rest in peace.

John McClain insisted that no family members were allowed at his studio where the project was being completed

My first thought was, what are they trying to hide

Teddy Riley was brought in just to mix and insisted on switching studios

At which he called me to come down and hear my brothers music, may he rest in peace.

I heard the music and I immediately said it wasn’t his voice

Now McClain points the finger at Sony, when he got the tracks before it even went to Sony

But I think they all know all now it is not him

Sony has 250 mil reasons to convince the public that it is his voice, if you know what I mean.

In fact, when I heard about the Sony deal, it made me sick

Like AEG, they were cutting deals with the Estate before I could get my brother in the ground. May he rest in peace.

I invited McClain to the burial, Ironically, he didn’t show up

Neither of the executors didn’t show up to pay their respects

Maybe they were too busy getting deals done

Im sorry its taking so long I get emotional

Okay, after this Sony deal was inked, McClain went to work putting together the first album

Calling all over the place looking for music with my brothers voice on it

From what I heard, he didn’t care about the quality or how complete the vocals were.

I found this to be very interesting

Why would Sony sign a 10 album deal over a period of seven years and

McClain couldn’t find enough product for one album

I’d like to hear what they played Sony, or did Sony even care?

If they don’t even have enough product for one album how are they going to make 10 albums?

On a side note, the letter released by the Estate

I was informed by someone who attended that meeting at the studio

It didn’t happen the way it was mentioned in the letter

You must understand, Sony is a power house in this business

And as to the vocal authenticators, they work for pay. And I wasn’t there when they did their analysis

I dont know what they heard, surely not what I heard

Like I said, Sony and the executors have 250 mil reasons to influence the public.

Some of the songs are him, and some aren’t. I would be my life on that.

I know this may seem harsh, but this is the truth, as I know it.

But what’s worse then harsh is that my brother isn’t here, and all these people are more concerned about making money off his death

They could care less about why and how he died, or maybe they already know

one more question

I can’t tell you what to do, but I can tell you what I think my brother would want

Questions about death conspiracy, whether or not to buy the album, many questions.

Let me say this in closing about everything

This story has not ended, things are still unfolding.

Since my brothers passing, over one billion dollars has been profited.

I want his legacy to be respected as if he were here.

It bothers me that they can’t get the deals done fast enough.

My brother was a perfectionists, and they are paying no regards to quality

We are family. A famous family, but a family whose lost one of its members.

I will miss his laughter. I will miss his silly jokes. I even miss our arguments

Most of all I want all of you to understand that he loved all of you so much. He had a great love for all man kind

Thank you all. Goodnight.

View ImageAmidst all this confusion, not only was it refreshing to hear the perspective and truth from a family member, but it gave us fans some room to breath and something to chew on. True, some of you may have come away confused on whether or not you will purchase the album or not, but the answer of many of the outspoken family members have expressed they cannot decide for you. Yet, their advice has been given: Do what you think is morally right.

In other words, WWMJD?

Hold My, Hold My, Hold My Hand

Had you noticed the "M" in the picture?

Finally! A song I can identify Michael on. (Lol.) I am so happy we can take a breath amidst all the controversy and just enjoy Hold My Hand.

Just to get my quick little review out there with the others: I love this song! It’s refreshing. Breaking News had me double guessing myself on whether or not I would buy the album. Hold My Hand made it clear. The lyrics, the beat, MICHAEL’S VOICE! This song is amazing!

To attest to speculations at how great a success this single and/or album will be, #HoldMyHand was a trending topic on Twitter this morning. Most people were fans of the song and others, I believe, were confused on what it was all about, but continued to tweet. For instance, a couple of tweeter’s tweets looked something like this, “I’m a grown woman now. Don’t need my parents to #holdmyhand anymore.” Now I’m not sure about all the lyrics in the song, but I know that wasn’t one of them, so either this person was joking, or truly clueless and confused. Either way, it was funny to see. Lol.

Aside from all that, the song is very entertaining! The first time I heard it, I chuckled a little at Akon’s line “Akon and MJ“. He does that in practically every duet (so much so, everyone anticipated that part in a never before heard duet of his).  I went into Hold My Hand not paying any attention to the fact that Akon’s “trademarks”, the sound of the jail cell and the “Akon and..”, and was shockingly surprised. The surprise of that in MJ’s song is what threw me off and caused me to giggle a little. I continue to think it’s the funniest thing. The ending reminded me of Cry, where Michael whispers “Save the World“, and the first time I heard that I almost died at how gorgeous he sounded, only this time the part that I almost died over was the “Hold My Hand” whisper. I felt like that blushing girl on the Dangerous Tour DVD. And I was only listening to the song!

The King of Pop’s voice, on the other hand, is incomparable and breathtaking as usual. No analysis needed there, although some people hold different opinions:

I did give the song one slight criticism though. I told my uncle that he needed to be singing more in the chorus and at the end of the song… lol. I said that we (the fans) would want to hear his voice more. 🙂 – Taj Jackson via Twitter
